  • 1 cup organic baby spinach
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1/2-1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2-1 cup coconut water filtered water or juice
  • Place all ingredients in a blender, except liquid. Start blender and slowly add the water until the desired smoothness is achieved.
  • Enjoy this satisfying drink!
