With fall just around the corner, Peets Coffee & Tea launches three veganizeable pumpkin-infused drinks.

Coffee powerhouse Peets Coffee & Tea has unveiled its lineup of seasonal fall drinks, which includes a veganizeable Pumpkin Latte, Pumpkin Chai Latte, and blended frappé called Pumpkin Javiva. Made with espresso, steamed milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, the chains Pumpkin Latte can be made vegan simply by substituting dairy milk for almond or soy milk, and can be made more indulgent by adding vegan coconut whipped cream, which the chain introduced this summer. The ice-blended Pumpkin Javiva can be veganized by swapping in non-dairy milk and substituting the dairy whipped cream for the coconut whipped cream, while the vegan Pumpkin Chai Latte is a coffee-free option made with masala tea, spices, pumpkin syrup, and non-dairy milk. All three varieties are available at Peets 236 stores nationwide until November 1. In other coffee-related vegan news, this month will also see the long-awaited introduction of almond milk at Starbucks stores.
