Apparel and Accessories

Our Apparel and Accessories policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because we deal in Custom work several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Apparel Items that have been used/washed any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
However If there is a material defect or a printing defect we will offer a discount or to reprint problem shirts. We are unable to offer a return for custom printed merchandise.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

What to do if this happens:

  • Please use the contact form.
  • Reference your order/invoice number.
  • Tell us what is wrong.
  • If possible, take a photo of the issue (we may request this later).
  • We will respond within 7 business days.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@vegansandgeeks.com and send your item to: 3905 Tampa Road Unit 189, Oldsmar, Florida 34677.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3905 Tampa Road Unit 189, Oldsmar, Florida 34677.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Food and Perishables

We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders. If you have an issue that isn’t covered below, please reach out to our team and we’ll help work through a solution. Thanks!

  • Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
  • No weekend deliveries available. Orders are shipped Via Ground, depending on your location. The order placing cut off is Wednesday at 1:00pm ET to receive shipping the same week. Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Fridays only, no exceptions.
  • No P.O. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses.
  • Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
  • Ordering Policy Orders can be placed over the phone from 10 am to 3 pm ET Monday – Friday (Except major holidays) or 24 hours and 7 days a week via www.thehealthfoodstore.com. For security purposes we do not accept order information via email.
  • Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our ORGANIC products have no artificial preservatives or coloring and properly stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious.
