Luxury hotel Baur au Lac to host €œCrossroads Meats Our Veggies€ event from September 9-17.
As part of the first annual Food ZÃ¼rich festival, luxury hotel Baur au Lac will host an event with renowned vegan chef Tal Ronnen called €œCrossroads Meats Our Veggies€ from September 9 to 17. Ronnens four-course menu will include Mediterranean specialties such as Agnolotti with Sundried Tomatoes and Almond Ricotta and Pumpkin Cream Soup. The inspiration for the collaboration came from a visit that Baur au Lac chef Olivier Rais paid to Ronnens restaurant Crossroads in West Hollywood, CA. Ronnen, a New York Times best-selling cookbook author who has appeared on popular television programs such as The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Oprah Winfrey Show, agreed to participate in the Switzerland food fest, which features more than 50 events at restaurants, hotels, and food companies throughout ZÃ¼rich.
